The company was formed through the merging of the design divisions from two well-established firms—Moila M Consulting and Visionary Group. The founders recognized an opportunity to consolidate their expertise, resources, and vision under one brand, Bakoma Group and Projects, to provide a more focused and comprehensive suite of architectural services.
Company Overview: Bakoma Group and Projects is an architectural firm founded by Koketso Lebeloane and Mapuane Moila in 2023. Based on their passion for innovative design and architecture, Bakoma Group and Projects was established with the intention of redefining the built environment by incorporating sustainable green energy solutions and a unique combination of materials such as steel, concrete, and wood. This blend of materials is a distinctive hallmark of Bakoma’s design approach, emphasizing modern aesthetics, natural lighting, and environmentally conscious architecture.
MISSION: To deliver high-quality, cost-effective designs by utilizing advanced architectural techniques and environmentally friendly solutions, while meeting the individual needs of our clients across Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, and Northwest.

Co-Founder & Architectural Technologist
Koketso has an H.Cert in Architectural Technology, a Diploma in Architecture, and a BTech in Architectural Management. With over 8 years of experience in building design, his expertise lies in project management and architectural design, ensuring that each project is delivered with precision and quality.
Mapuane Moila
Co-Founder & Building Designer
Mapuane holds a National Diploma in Town & Regional Planning and has over 8 years of experience in building design. His background includes working on projects that balance aesthetics and functionality, creating designs that cater to clients' diverse needs
Mpho
Student Intern
Mpho is gaining hands-on experience as part of Bakoma Group and Projects' educational training program, which assists students in graduating by offering them training and industry experience. His passion for design and eagerness to learn make him a valuable addition to the team as he supports various projects and gains practical insights under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
